Who this policy covers

This policy explains what information Post Falls Concrete collects through this website, what we do with it, how long we keep it and what choices you have. We're a concrete contractor in Post Falls, ID, and this site is how many people first reach us about a driveway, patio, slab or other concrete work.

It applies to this website, the pages linked from our home page and the messages you send us through it. It doesn't cover other websites we link to, which have their own policies.

When you fill out our contact form, we collect what you type in, usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job and a description of the work you want done. If you call us at (208) 981-9070 or email us, we keep the details you give us so we can follow up.

Our contact form is run by an outside form provider, so what you enter is sent through and stored on that provider's system before it reaches us. That provider handles your information under its own privacy policy.
